Q Which certificate do you have?
A We have many certificates includes EN17860, EN15194. What’s more, we accept to obtain clients’ specified certifications that required by different market area.

Q Do you have warehouse in Europe?
A Yes, we have warehouse in Poland. Address: ks. Jerzego Popieluszki 17, 55-080 Katy Wroclawskie, Poland. We allow different approaches of assembly.

Q Can I order one container mixed with several models?
A We totally understand you. Products mix will have some problem such as container can not load all the products, products even will be damaged. Normally, we only allow 2 models mix one container. I will apply more for you from our manager.

Q Do you have any stock?
A Normally we do not have stock in order to keep its good performance. The model you prefered is available now, which can be sent to you ASAP.

Q Can I buy sample?
A It is a pleasure to know of your continued interest in our products. The samples you have requested are now available and will be sent you ASAP. Please let us know to send it by sea or by fast express. We hope you find these samples you liking. We would like to reiterate that we accept customization of products to sui your requirements. Q What is your terms of packing?
A Generally, we use 5 layers brown carton with export standard. For the FCL, the five layers carton is strong enough, but for the LCL we suggest to have a plywood box outside.

Q What is your terms of payment?
A If sample, the payment term is 100% full payment before shipment. If more than the MOQ, 30% advanced by T/T, 70% balance against by copy of B/L.

Q How about your delivery time?
A Normally it is 60 days, but the bike part deliver time is longer than before, it is better checking the deliver time with us before your make order. Because our bikes are customized by clients.

Q Could you send a sample to me?
A Yes, but you need to pay fee for sample and transportation.

Q How does your factory do QC?
A Quality is priority. People always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.

Q How is your after sale service?
A Quality is treated as the most important thing in our factory, and we cherish every opportunity to do business with our customers. We provide a long enough warranty for our electric cargo bicycle, we are surely responsible for any malfunction during the warranty.
